Interactive exchanges with participants, focused on practice and real-life scenarios:

  • Learn to identify subtle signs of stress/anxiety in others
  • Recognize your own discomfort zones when interacting with a stressed individual or group
  • Learn to respond to others’ stress or anxiety by adopting an empathetic and “re-stabilizing” stance
  • Learn to prevent empathic exhaustion to maintain daily listening capacity
  • Discover daily practices and rituals to support teams, prevent stress contagion, and maintain cohesion in challenging situations
