We Matter: The know must go on!
We are living in a new historical era in which post-truth prevails over objective facts, which are thus losing their influence, and even their credibility, on public opinion.
At Humans Matter, however, we are convinced that it is by making the voices of experts heard by as many people as possible that we will succeed in restoring critical thinking, sparking curiosity, and enabling everyone to regain their free will in the face of often erroneous popular beliefs.
This is the ambition of the programme We Matter, an initiative to bring knowledge closer to professionals, institutions and civil society.
We Matter are experts in the fields of science, engineering, design and art who share their knowledge through experiences that resonate with each and every one of us.
. Whether through conferences, seminars, round tables or inspiring videos, our experts will challenge the status quo and encourage debate, rather than providing ready-made answers.
After each assessment, participants receive an individual and personalized report on their capacity for action. This is what will be reviewed during the debrief with the psychologist.
An individual debrief is included with every capacity-for-action assessment. Additional debrief sessions can be added at a rate of €400 per debrief.
The client chooses when to run the assessments—during or after the training or intervention whose impact they want to measure.
A collective report is available as an optional add-on – it highlights the collective mechanisms underlying a group’s capacity for action.
At a time when our screens dictate our pace and every notification distracts us, attention has become a precious resource that must be protected.
In a constantly changing professional world, our emotions are no longer flaws to be corrected, but valuable compasses for action and cooperation.
In a world where information is constantly overflowing, knowing how to ‘unlearn’ becomes the key to reinventing the way we learn.
When our automatic thought patterns take precedence over reason, our decisions get lost along the way.
A practical discussion to find the solution that suits you best.
