When a dynamic observatory measures this skill with a view to improving the common good.
When we talk about the ability to act, we mean an individual's ability to feel capable of taking action at a given moment.
Do I feel responsible for my actions? Do I feel that I will succeed in what I undertake? Do I feel that I can count on others to help me?
Measuring the ability to act means measuring these factors in order to answer questions such as:
At the individual level:
At the collective level:
- Group reports include a detailed summary and debriefing of the report by a consultant psychologist.
- We offer tailor-made protocols that meet needs not covered by standard protocols, guaranteeing the scientific validity of the protocol thus constructed.
After each assessment, the respondent receives an individual and personalized report on their capacity for action. This is what will be reviewed during the debrief with the psychologist.
An individual debrief is included with every capacity-for-action assessment. Additional debrief sessions can be added at a rate of €400 per session.
The client chooses when to conduct the assessments — during or after the training or intervention for which they want to measure the impact.
A collective report is available as an optional add-on — it provides insights into the collective mechanisms underlying a group’s capacity for action.
