Train managers to develop their managerial skills like top-level athletes.

The Training Centre is based on the practice of new behaviours and techniques that address the managers’ concrete needs:

  • In the coming weeks
  • These situations concern the manager personally
  • These situations are qualified in advance of the training
  • The sole sponsor is the beneficiary, with no need for validation by a line manager or HR

In the Managerial Training Centre, we move from action plans to action and train by doing.

Here, we test, share and repeat until we feel confident implementing it in our daily work, then we return to take it to the next level!
