With the EMLyon Business School, BL Consultants has co-constructed and co-led the “Making Leaders” approach for Capgemini, which won the Féfaur Digital Learning Trophy (2020), the Digital Learning Excellence Awards AES Cegos (2021), the EFMD Gold Distinction (2021), accompanied the Haulotte Group in its Leaders du Capital Humain (Human Capital Leaders) Gold Laureate approach (2021), and won 1st place in the
