Petit Prof is an educational game that allows children to learn by playing the role of the teacher!

The development of Petit Prof is based on reverse pedagogy techniques exploring the most recent research in cognitive sciences to allow a better learning experience for children while having fun!

Petit Prof allows children to learn by creating their own experiences, while being engaged in an activity they enjoy: playing teacher for real.
The iOS and Android application is available in French and English and has already been downloaded over a million times worldwide.

What if we allowed our children to become the actors of their learning?

An educational innovation

Petit Prof is an original educational game that allows children to put themselves in the shoes of their teacher. In this classroom management game, the child follows the cycle of a school teacher’s day: they call the roll, question their students, reward them, create tests, and take care of their class… Petit Prof plunges the child into a captivating universe where they become the teacher – it is reverse pedagogy.

Petit Prof allows children to make mistakes without feeling guilty. In order not to place them in a situation of failure, the game was designed for them to acknowledge their mistakes and correct themselves. This removes stress and gives the children confidence, especially in subjects that may be difficult for them. In Petit Prof, the child is in an environment in which they feel confident and have fun.

Petit Prof offers children exercises in math, grammar, reading, tests, and homework creation and correction. The children also have to take care of their classroom by roll calling, choosing classroom decorations, or taking care of classroom pets and plants.

Petits Profs is a Humans Matter product available on the App Store and Google Play.

With reverse pedagogy, the child does not do an exercise, they make it happen.

Coming from the world of neuroscience, Humans Matter has imagined with the help of speech therapists and teachers, a new way of learning through play through encouraging experiences and removing stress, unfortunately too often associated with learning.

Petit Prof is based on active pedagogy: it is the child who decides on the pace and content of their learning, unlike compulsory homework, for example. This change of paradigm activates other areas of the brain, particularly those related to pleasure, and makes learning and memory anchoring much more effective.

Petit Prof becomes a true complement to classroom learning.
Petit Prof is designed for children from 1st to 5th grade.

The application is available for free on the Apple Store and on Google Play. In-app purchases allow you to unlock packs of exercises, subjects and lessons for 1st to 5th grade.
