The context

The World Health Organization (WHO) defines mental health as “a state of well-being that enables people to achieve their potential, cope with the daily challenges of life, work successfully and productively, and be able to contribute to their community.”

Within this framework, the experts at Humans Matter are mapping out a future of work that positions mental health as an essential resource for employees to achieve their potential.

Mental health is both an individual and a collective issue. It is an essential resource that needs to be cared for, and that we need to be aware of. Also, can good mental health save a company from the crises it is going through, in particular the loss of meaning? ​

Our current projects

We believe that mental health is a subject that deserves attention from all of us, especially in the workplace, where it can be so intimately linked to individual and collective performance and success.

In an effort to improve the well-being of individuals and organizations, we want to change behaviors towards “taking care” of everyone’s mental health. Our objective is to equip organizations with innovative tools while accompanying them in the transformation of their practices.
